Privacy notice
This notice covers personal data collected through cloudinovasi.id. It does not cover data we process as an Employer of Record for a client's employees, which is governed by the agreement with that client.

Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, email address, and whatever else you choose to tell us about your company, the roles you are hiring and your timeline. We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry and, if it goes anywhere, to quote and contract. We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone for marketing.
Who processes it for us
Two third parties are involved in running this site, and you should know about both.
Form submissions pass through Web3Forms, which receives what you submit and relays it to us by email. Their own documentation states they do not store submissions. Site hosting and content delivery are provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses in the ordinary course of serving pages. Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. We deliberately removed the embedded map from our contact page so that visiting it no longer contacts Google Maps.
Placeholder. Confirm this list is complete before publishing, and name each processor exactly as their own terms require. If you later remove Google Fonts by self-hosting them, delete that reference.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become client relationships are deleted after twenty four months. Records relating to a client relationship are kept for as long as Indonesian tax and employment law requires.
Your rights
Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 of 2022) gives you rights over your data, including access, correction, and erasure. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the UK GDPR or GDPR may also apply. To exercise any of these, email info@cloudinovasi.id and we will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we will update the date above. We will not apply a change retroactively to data already collected without telling you.
Before publishing: have Indonesian counsel review this against UU 27/2022, and confirm whether you need to appoint a data protection officer. This is a working draft, not legal advice.
